Our storyboard

This is our storyboard. We created this so we could plan our short film. It has also helped us to plan our dialogue and camera shots. We've mainly stuck to the story board but added frames and angles in certain places where we thought they would work well and add more drama and tension to the film.

Preliminary task

Our preliminary task is a continuity task involving filming and editing a character opening a door, crossing a room and sitting down in a chair opposite another character, with whom she or he then exchanges a couple of lines of dialogue.

This task should demonstrate match on action, shot/reverse shot and the 180 degree rule.

We have used a range of different camera angles and techniques

We will be using different filters on our recorded footage and we will also speed up and slow down sections of the film to create drama and tension in certain aspects of the film.
